1 The sender must abide by the destination instructions at the company’s office.

2 The sender must give the name, number and address of the recipient correctly and completely, in case of any deficiency in the information provided, the company is not responsible for delaying the parcel in the arrival of the parcel or the loss or destruction of the foodstuffs inside

3 In case of damage to the items included in the parcel
     A -Insurance payment: it will be compensated up to 100%.
     B -Regular shipping: 100% shipping payment compensation is paid
     C- In the case of relative damage to the materials included in the parcels at the international borders, Dinant Company does not pay compensation in any way, for example: scratches, opening and leakage of liquid materials

4 Dinant Company only transports legal materials and merchandise, in the event of any illegal materials, the sender bears the legal responsibility and not the company

5 If any of the things mentioned below are inside the parcel, the sender is legally liable: smoke, alcoholic beverages, drugs, molasses, weapons of all kinds, idols, military equipment, coins, gold, diamonds, silver, crystal, antiques.

 

6 Photos, passport and all kinds of government files are not for compensation
